Renaissance Sciences Corporation

Renaissance Sciences Corporation provides visual & sensor simulation products, integration and services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Manufacturing and Small and Medium Businesses. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Renaissance Sciences Corporation is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Their site is rscusa.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
