Referagig

Referagig is a web-based system that integrates with applicant tracking systems to give employers a means to run employee referral programs. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

It makes the most sense for recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
