REDIComps

REDIComps offers commercial real estate data, reporting, and research tools for appraisers and assessors. The job it does: planning work, assigning owners and seeing what is late.

Who is it for? Mostly teams of any size with deadlines. They also list Data Management, Database, Project Management and Real Estate, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

REDIComps is based in Tallahassee, Florida. Their site is redicomps.com.

Things worth asking about: views like boards and Gantt, dependencies, and guest access. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
