Redacumen

Redacumen is an IT company that specializes in AP automation for Oracle ERP and supports shared services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Redacumen is based in Tampa, Florida. Their site is redacumen.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
