Recycle Global Exchange

Recycle Global Exchange is a digital marketplace for business eWaste and IT asset disposal. Put simply, it is about handling IT tickets, assets and changes in an organized way.

Who is it for? Mostly IT departments. They also list IT Infrastructure, IT Management, Manufacturing and Recycling, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Recycle Global Exchange is based in Castle Rock, Colorado. You can read more at recyclegx.com.

Things worth asking about: self-service portal, asset tracking, and automation. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Recycle Global Exchange well, your review carries weight here.
