Recollectr

Recollectr is a software company that records and recalls data without breaking flow. The job it does: running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Recollectr is based in Chapin, South Carolina and around since 2015. Their site is recollectr.io.

Before you commit, look at automation limits, permissions, and per-seat cost at scale. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Recollectr, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
