Realcomp

Realcomp II Ltd. is a REALTOR-owned MLS, providing data services and support to the real estate industry. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Customer Service, Database and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Realcomp is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan. You can read more at realcomp.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
