ReadySetWork is an application that allows users to manage work schedules and receive them through email and text messages. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources, Internet of Things, Messaging, Mobile and Mobile Apps, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
