ReadyAlert

ReadyAlert is a provider of alert notification services to government agencies, business, schools, and community organizations. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Health Care, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Social Media. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ReadyAlert is based in Seminole, Florida. More on readyalert.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with ReadyAlert, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
