Reading Hero

Reading Hero is a free app that teaches child how to read with instant feedback. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

The natural audience is businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Reading Apps. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Reading Hero is based in Baltimore, Maryland. More on readingheroapp.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Reading Hero, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
