RDI Consulting

RDI Consulting specializes in database, financial systems, ERP, eCommerce, and e-Business software development and professional services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, E-Commerce, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Infrastructure. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

RDI Consulting is based in Valley Village, California. More on rdic.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
