Razoom IT

Razoom IT is an IT solutions company that provides hardware, software, and cloud computing services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing and Hardware. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Razoom IT is based in Berkshire, New York. More on razoom.it.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Razoom IT, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
