Rax works in it services and consulting, which is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner. They have not published a longer description, so we lean on what their category usually involves.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Process Automation (BPA) and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set.
