Raven Data Technologies

Here is Raven Data Technologies in plain terms. Managed Services Provider and Technology Partner. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Commercial Real Estate, Consulting and Web Hosting. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.
