Rand

Rand is an IT company that provides network, cybersecurity, graphic design, web development, database and maintenance services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Related areas on their profile: Cyber Security, Graphic Design, IT Infrastructure, Network Security and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Rand is based in Silver Spring, Maryland and founded in 1998. More on randsol.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Rand, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
