Rally Software

Rally Software provides on-demand life-cycle management solutions. In practice that means delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

It makes the most sense for HR, training teams and educators. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Training. They are a mid-sized team, 201 to 500 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Rally Software is based in Boulder, Colorado and around since 2001. Their site is rallydev.com.
