Rake

Rake is a mobile app that consolidates major online job search sites into one application for iOS and Chrome browser. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources, Mobile Apps and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Rake is based in New York, New York. More on getrake.io.

Before you commit, look at payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Rake well, your review carries weight here.
