Rainterra

Rainterra LLC is a global business consulting and technology services firm. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

Rainterra is based in Pleasanton, California. Their site is rainterra.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Rainterra well, your review carries weight here.
