RainStorm Consulting

Rainstorm Consulting is a website and application development firm that creates websites and helps maintain the site as well. Put simply, it is about designing and building websites and web apps.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that need a site that works and ranks. They also list Consulting, Legal, Web Design and Web Development, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

RainStorm Consulting is based in Orono, Maine and founded in 1999. You can read more at rainstorm.host.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
