RailsBridge

RailsBridge is a free weekend workshop where women learn Ruby on Rails from volunteers. The job it does: solving a specific business problem with software.

It makes the most sense for teams in its space. Related areas on their profile: Communities, Education and Mobile. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

RailsBridge is based in Savannah, Georgia. Their site is railsbridge.org.
