Radiance Informations

Radiance Informations is a software development company. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Radiance Informations is based in Edison, New Jersey. You can read more at radianceinformations.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Radiance Informations, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
