RAD Software

RAD Software offers consulting and software applications for home and personal use based on programs and client specifications. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

RAD Software is based in Columbus, Ohio and founded in 1987. Their site is radsoftware.org.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

The facts above come from public company records. The score will come from people like you. Used RAD Software? Rate it.
