Rackwise

Rackwise offers software and services for IT infrastructure management, data center monitoring, and cost efficiency. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Data Center and IT Infrastructure. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

Rackwise is based in Folsom, California. Their site is rackwise.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
