RaceDog Technologies

RaceDog Technologies offers web-based solutions and application development services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

RaceDog Technologies is based in Worthington, Ohio. Their site is racedogtechnologies.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with RaceDog Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
