RAC

RAC provides off-the-shelf training for individuals and groups, as well as software and obsolescence management solutions. Put simply, it is about delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

It makes the most sense for HR, training teams and educators. Related areas on their profile: Management Information Systems, Software Engineering and Training. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

RAC is based in Carlsbad, California and founded in 1984. Their site is mysmart-rac.com.
