Raazor

Raazor delivers digital product engineering, DevOps, and cloud consulting for startups and enterprises. In practice that means running reviews, goals and feedback on a regular cycle.

The natural audience is people teams and managers. They also list Application Performance Management, Cloud Computing, Cloud Infrastructure, Consulting and Developer Tools, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Raazor is based in Jersey City, New Jersey and around since 2006. Their site is raazor.com.

Things worth asking about: review templates, goal tracking, and anonymity options. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Raazor, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
