R4 IT Solutions

R4 IT Solutions is a software development company that offers IT services for telecommuncations and robotics industries. The job it does: designing and building websites and web apps.

It makes the most sense for companies that need a site that works and ranks. Related areas on their profile: Embedded Systems and UX Design. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

R4 IT Solutions is based in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Their site is r4its.com.
