R1Soft

R1Soft is a developer of multi-platform server backup solutions software. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

Who is it for? Mostly companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cyber Security, Flash Storage, Homeland Security and Web Hosting. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

R1Soft is based in Houston, Texas. Their site is r1soft.com.

Before you commit, look at response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
