r1 rcm is a healthcare and practice management product. SCI Solutions builds, implements, and operates a healthcare business process software using rules based, workflow-enabled solutions. In practice that means scheduling, records, billing and compliance for clinics and providers.

It makes the most sense for practices and healthcare organizations. They also list Health Care and Mobile, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
