R Systems

R Systems is a global technology and analytics services company offering digital transformation and telecommunication services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Business Development and Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

R Systems is based in El Dorado Hills, California and founded in 1993. You can read more at eu.rsystems.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
