Qweboo is a social search engine, directory, and distribution platform that provides users with control over the web. The job it does: finding the keywords, pages and backlinks that move search rankings.

Who is it for? Mostly content and growth teams. They also list SEO and Social Media, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.
