Quest Connect

Quest Connect is a technology training center offering computer training for businesses and individuals. The job it does: solving a specific business problem with software.

Who is it for? Mostly teams in its space. Alongside the main category they mention Business Intelligence, Education, Software Engineering and Training. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Quest Connect is based in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. You can read more at questconnect.net.

Before you commit, look at pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Quest Connect, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
