Qual IT

Qual IT is an IT service company that offers cloud computing, network security, and VoIP services. In practice that means assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. Alongside the main category they mention Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Network Security, Technical Support and VoIP. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Qual IT is based in Draper, Utah and around since 2002. More on qualit.com.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
