QponDirect

QponDirect is a marketing services and software development company providing digital services for manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. The job it does: running campaigns, content and ads for clients who do not have an in-house team.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized businesses. They also list Manufacturing, Marketing and Retail, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

QponDirect is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. More on qpondirect.com.

Before you commit, look at who does the work day to day, reporting cadence, and contract length. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with QponDirect, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
