QARS Solutions

QARS Solutions is a consulting firm that provides regulatory, project management, and compliance services as well as quality systems. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting and Project Management. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

QARS Solutions is based in Homewood, Illinois. Their site is qarssolutions.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with QARS Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
