Pyramid Consulting Group

Pyramid Consulting Group is a professional firm specializing in IT consulting and permanent placement services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Analytics, Consulting and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Pyramid Consulting Group is based in Scottsdale, Arizona. More on pyramidcgi.com.
