Who is it for? Mostly sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. They also list Association and CRM, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Purposeful is based in Bellevue, Washington and around since 2017. Their site is purposeful.com.

Things worth asking about: pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
