Purple is a mobile marketing and engagement company that offers a suite of SaaS-based solutions. Put simply, it is about planning, buying and reporting on paid ads across channels.

Who is it for? Mostly performance marketers and agencies. They also list Advertising, Marketing and Mobile, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Things worth asking about: platform coverage, attribution model, and fees as a share of spend. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
