Punchbowl

Punchbowl is a web-based software platform that offers party planning services, customized digital invitations, and greeting cards. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Events and Video, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Punchbowl is based in Framingham, Massachusetts and founded in 2007. You can read more at punchbowl.com.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Punchbowl well, your review carries weight here.
