PTS

PTS provides software development, inkjet technology, equipment design and printing services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and Printing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

PTS is based in Clearwater, Florida and around since 1999. Their site is printingtechnology.net.

Our checklist for this category: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with PTS, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
