PTS Data Center Solutions

PTS DCS is a protection service offering an IT/OT Gateway software product as part of its cyber threat data center industrial controls. That is the short version of PTS Data Center Solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

PTS Data Center Solutions is based in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. You can read more at ptsdcs.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with PTS Data Center Solutions, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
