Ptechpos

Ptechpos is an IT firm that provides POS software and hardware including terminals, barcode scanners, and cash drawers. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Developer Platform and Point of Sale, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Ptechpos is based in Griffin, Georgia. More on ptechpos.com .
