PTC/USER

PTC/USER is an application software that provides news about annual meeting with PTC and Technical Communities and Working Groups. In practice that means delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

Who is it for? Mostly HR, training teams and educators. They also list Professional Services and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

PTC/USER is based in Hull, Massachusetts. More on ptcuser.org.
