PRSONAS

Here is PRSONAS in plain terms. We have software solutions for a digital workforce redefining how your interact and engagement with your guests, visitors and, customers. The job it does: running websites, apps and data on servers you do not have to maintain.

The natural audience is developers and businesses of every size. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Computing, Natural Language Processing and Retail. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

PRSONAS is based in Franklinton, North Carolina and around since 2013. You can read more at prsonas.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing predictability, support quality, and migration help. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
