Proximity Space

Proximity is a Workspace Management Platform that Connects People and Places. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. Related areas on their profile: Commercial Real Estate, Coworking, Hardware and Property Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Proximity Space is based in Montrose, Colorado. Their site is proximity.space.

Before you commit, look at online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
