Providenza & Boekelheide

Providenza & Boekelheide is a consulting firm that provides software development, internet, hardware, and network design services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting and Hardware. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Providenza & Boekelheide is based in Tigard, Oregon and founded in 1994. Their site is probo.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
