Prova Systems

Prova Systems is a fleet management software system for small- and medium-sized enterprises. In practice that means tracking vehicles, drivers and maintenance.

Who is it for? Mostly companies that run vehicles. They also list Automotive, Fleet Management, Health Diagnostics and Wireless, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Prova Systems is based in Carbondale, Pennsylvania and around since 2010. Their site is fleet-genius.com.

Before you commit, look at hardware, compliance features, and driver apps. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Prova Systems well, your review carries weight here.
