ProphetForce

ProphetForce implements, manages, and supports Epicor Prophet 21 ERP solutions for distributors. The job it does: delivering courses and tracking who completed what.

The natural audience is HR, training teams and educators. Alongside the main category they mention Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Training. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ProphetForce is based in Wilmington, North Carolina. More on prophetforce.com.

Things worth asking about: content formats, quizzes, certificates, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
