Propagentic

Here is Propagentic in plain terms. AI Powered SaaS for SMB landlords to Manage Maintenance Requests. The job it does: leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

Who is it for? Mostly property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Property Management and Real Estate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Propagentic is based in Baltimore, Maryland. You can read more at propagenticai.com.

Things worth asking about: online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
