ProNet Solution

Pronet Solutions is a team of business technology consultants that offers IT management, infrastructure & advisory services to its clients. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting and IT Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

ProNet Solution is based in Houston, Texas and around since 2002. More on secure.pronetcorp.com.
